JESSICA A. LULLI

Associate Attorney

Jessica A. Lulli comes from a construction family and has always had a passion for litigation and client advocacy. As an Associate with the Carlin Law Group, APC, she represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and others in matters pertaining to payment disputes, breach of contract, scope of work claims, bid protests, differing site condition claims, Mechanic’s Liens, late payment penalty claims, and other construction related civil litigation matters.

Before joining the Carlin Law Group Ms. Lulli worked with the State Bar of California and the Thompson Law Group assisting in the preparation of various civil and administrative law matters for trial.

Ms. Lulli excelled in law school and was on the Dean's List for academic achievement at California Western School of Law. In law school, Ms. Lulli focused her elective classes on trial preparation and oral advocacy. Additionally, Ms. Lulli has a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from San Diego State University.
